IT Onsite Technician – Full Time
(12-Month Contract)

📍 Location: High Schools in Norfolk & Suffolk
💼 Salary: From £24,500/year
🕗 Hours: Monday–Friday | 8am–4pm

Are you passionate about IT and love helping people? Join our growing family-run business and make a real difference in the education sector! We're looking for a dedicated IT Onsite Technician to provide full-time technical support in two local high schools. You'll be working alongside the High schools Network Manager to keep IT systems running smoothly, solve tech problems, and support school staff and students.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:
Maintain school networks, servers & backup systems
Install & repair PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and projectors
Configure software (standard & bespoke)
Log all tasks via the schools IT helpdesk ticket system

✅ What We’re Looking For:
IT qualification (post-GCSE) or hands-on IT support experience
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Full UK driving licence
Smart appearance & positive attitude
Able to pass an enhanced DBS check

🌟 Nice to Have:
Experience working with IT in schools or education
Familiarity with a variety of devices, software, and peripherals

🎯 Personal Qualities:
Friendly, flexible, reliable, and team-oriented
Excited about IT and open to learning new things
