NLINE APPOINTMENTS

It is now possible for patients to book their GP appointment online. If you are interested in online booking for your GP appointments, please contact our Reception staff who will tell you how to apply for registration for this service. PRESCRIPTIONS

Please leave your request for a repeat prescription at reception or post it to the surgery. Tick the items you need on the right-hand section of your previous prescription form. Your prescription will be ready for collection 48 hours later. If you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope). We only take telephone requests for repeat prescriptions from those patients who are truly housebound. We also provide an email prescription request service. All you need to do is email the surgery with your prescription request including your full name and date of birth to

Once we have received your email we will send confirmation of your request and let you know when you can expect to collect the prescription or whether or not you need a medication review. PLEASE DO NOT POST PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS ON THIS FACEBOOK PAGE
