We've yet again been awarded the certificate of excellence from Cask Marque, alongside a 5 star cellar rating!

This means the ales we serve are amongst the best around!

This is all down to the hard work of our bar team!

From Steve and Aiden being in at 7am every Friday morning to take the delivery and clean the cellar, to those cleaning the lines, to Rob and me arguing over my preference for darker beers, they all play a vital part in keeping our bar the best it can be and I'm forever grateful for their efforts!

It's been great to see how well received our reopening has been amongst the hundreds of you who have visited!

One of the most popular additions to our menu has been the signature skewers, such as this one...

Grilled Halloumi & Aubergine
Marinated in hot honey, topped with pomegranate seeds.

You have a choice of sides avaliable with your skewer. This one was served with a Feta salad, toasted torilla and triple cooked chips!

If cheese isn't your thing, don't worry, we also have Moroccan Spiced Chicken and Tender Lamb Rump options!

Slow-cooked tender lamb joint served with ruffled garlic & herb roasties, Yorkshire puddings, thyme-roasted carrots, glazed parsnips, braised red cabbage and cauliflower cheese.

Perfect for two people, or one greedy individual!

The first floating trader of the season has moored up next to our pub!

The Candy Boat is run by a lovely couple who sell a vast array of sweets and goodies at a very good price!

Why not pop and have a look and support a lovely independent business before Mike and the chefs take all the candy for themselves?
