Cleaning is nonstop job. You don’t really take breaks: you move the entire time, and you don’t stop until the job is done. I do this five, sometimes six days a week.
It’s hard on your body. Hard on your joints. And it’s exhausting.
But it’s not just physical work.
You need to know which products go on which surfaces: what’s safe, what can be damaged. One wrong choice can ruin a countertop, a floor, or an expensive fixture.
