🔥 **SATURDAY AT CTF WOLVES** 🔥

What a way to start the weekend 👊

⚡ **METAPWR** kicked things off with a full-body blast of strength, conditioning, and grit.

Then into...

💪 **GROUP TRAINING**

This wasn't about racing through reps.

We slowed things down and focused mainly on posterior chain and glutes to build strength, improve mobility, and develop better movement patterns.

With dynamic core integration throughout, helping everyone move better, feel stronger, and prepare for the next stage of training.

We kicked things off with Group Training at 6pm, followed it up with a fast-paced MetaFit, and finished the night with another strong Group Training session.
