Shoutout to my good friend Ryan | Adventure & Travel Content Creator π€π»
8 weeks ago he got in touch to get the band back together ahead of his holiday.
Iβd previously helped Ryan get into incredible shape for his 30th bday 4 years ago (sorry for pointing out that was 4 years ago big man π)
The focus this time was to help him regain control, build structure around his training & nutrition, improve his running ability, help shift a few unwanted KGβs and get back into decent shape ahead of his holiday to Madeira π΅πΉ
In 8 weeks we did exactly that π―
- 5kg shifted π
- A new 5km PB π― (and not just a PB on the initial test from W1, but a litetime PB)
- And we rediscovered some of that incredible muscle mass he built 4 years ago πͺπ»
Now heβs been on holiday, heβs back and already into phase 2.
Where weβre prepping him for the Conwy half marathon in November as part of the 4 castle series ππ»ββοΈπ°π΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώ
Whilst we develop his engine further, we will also continue to develop his physique and this boy will be back to his very best by the end of the summer π―
I say it a lot, but you really can achieve some great progress in as little as 8-12 weeks when you get the right training and nutrition structure, weekly support, accountability and youβre consistent at the process.
