Abs here 👋👩‍🦰I just wanted to say Goodbye to and thank you for being such a humbling year for me overall, but also through my work life which merges so neatly into my everyday life now.

Firstly, I hand on heart believe that if anyone simply managed to keep on top of their mental health this last year following the continued disrupt of the pandemic.... 👏 THAT 👏 IS 👏 ENOUGH! This post is not a brag about achievements it's just a year in review from moments/things/milestones that influenced my life and my work.

1) The birth of my son George ❤️

Now, I already know having kids rocks your world in unimaginable ways. BUT now having 2 little ones has really tested me in so many ways I could never have imagined. I wouldn't have it any other way.... I am extremely aware of how lucky I am to have my wholesome family. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

2) My new client Rachel Mounter has been a dream to work with. I am typically not taking on new clients whilst having a new baby etc etc etc the list goes on but Rachel is a star and am glad to say a real friend now too 💪💪

3) Coffee - The addiction is still strong, I now steam my milk and grind my beans
😎😂 yes I'm that guy now 😳

4) Thank you Brené Brown... just wow! I cannot get enough of your content and it's opened my eyes/ears/brain to sooo many ideas/solutions/questions/behaviours and other courageous leaders. 👏

5) I am lucky enough to get to flexi work (within reason) being that I work for myself but I think I appreciated and utilised it more than ever this last year and I have been so much more productive.

6) I celebrated 10 years with my soul mate in a country pub eating a beef pie and drinking a pint and it was glorious ! Jane thank you for continuing to grow as a person with and without me. I love and respect you and adore the life we have built together.

I am grateful for my family, my friends, and of course my clients. You all enable me to live a life I am proud of that I want to share and keep building on... even though there is still a global pandemic plus soo much craziness happening around us right now.
