A West Ham cake (hence the colours) for one of our best friends.
I do have permission to post but still wanted to use buttons to hide his identity.

Can I add extra chocolate strawberries to my afternoon tea order? What a great idea, of course you can 💕

Today’s experiment - Biscoff cake - intentionally crunchy (so not smooth) icing but I won’t do it this way next time - I prefer a smooth consistency. The cake itself was really good - so light and soft I’m really pleased with it. 😀
