Every Friday evening at the Winston Churchill School Leisure Centre, we run several beginner classes throughout the year. Classes run every Friday from 8pm to 9.30pm. Class Structure:
We begin with an informal, fun 10 to 15 minute warm-up. Class is then split into formal teaching and sparring. Advanced, approved experienced fighters may use the sparring area from this point. The remainder of th

Training resumes for 2023 tonight (dagger class with Matt from 8pm to 9pm). Sparring open from 8pm to 9.30pm, as usual.
Please note that classes schedules are now published on the private Schola page and the Woking club is MOVING VENUE in February to a new hall in St. John's area of Woking.
