Delivered by Armada Property UK in partnership with Torbay Council and Co Create Architects, the project transformed the former Brampton Court Hotel in Torquay into 14 high-quality affordable homes for social rent. This was the first completed project under Torbay Council's pioneering Hotels to Homes programme.

👷‍♂️ Construction update: Cat & Fiddle Pub Refurbishment 👷‍♂️

We are pleased to announce that Phase 1 of the refurbishment works at the Cat & Fiddle Inn (Clyst St Mary, Exeter) have now been completed.

This initial phase has focused on stabilising and upgrading key elements of the building, laying a strong foundation for its full transformation.

With this milestone achieved, we are now preparing to move into Phase 2, which will focus on bringing the pub back into operational use.

This next stage will see the character and energy of the Cat & Fiddle restored, creating a welcoming and vibrant space for the local community once again.

We’re excited to continue this journey and look forward to breathing new life into this fantastic pub.
