Strong finish for 6 Regt RLC at the British Army Warrior Fitness (BAWF) UK North.

A huge effort across the season, with both teams now heading to Bicester for the Army Finals.

Event 1 for the CO's Shield comprised a BAWF workout, featuring two components: one focussed on strength and the other on endurance.

Male winners: 600 Squadron
Female winner: 600 Squadron
Mixed team winners: 62 Squadron

6 Regt RLC took on the inter-RLC snowboarding competition, testing mental resilience, physical robustness, and adaptability across three events:
• Slalom
• Boarder Cross
• Slope Style
