One of the most underrated aspects of golf fitness is balance!! Its hard to hit the middle of the club face consistently for a lot of golfers and if you cant keep yourself still whilst swinging it makes that even more difficult๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
Luckily a few simple exercises will help improve your proprioception (the easiest part of your balance to train)
Try doing these regularly and watch ypur balance improve. Use the first exercise to measure your progress!
