DICE - one of my favourite resources to explore maths with my students. Today we used them to find equivalent fractions through fun, games, healthy competition and the feeling of success!

SYMBOLS ARE FOR EVERYONE!

I find using symbols in my sessions helps, not only my neurodivergent students, but all children who struggle to articulate when they need help or a break. By keeping talk to a minimum we avoid overloading our brains and can stick to the task in hand. Symbols rock! 🥰
