The original timber fascias, soffits and decorative mouldings have all been replaced with a new low-maintenance UPVC system and seamless aluminium guttering throughout.

The decorative dentil mouldings were a key feature of the house, so it was important to keep the original character whilst giving the property a much cleaner, sharper finish. New felt, batton, tiles and dry verge/ridge system too
