We are looking to recruit an additional administrator for our busy office in Romsey. This will be on a job share basis 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday) and to cover holidays as required.

- Diary management
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Chasing overdue invoices
- Processing card payments and customer finance applications
- Creating and following up customer quotes
- Placing orders with suppliers
- General office administration

The hours are 8am to 5pm Thursday and Friday. You will also be required to provide full time holiday cover (Monday - Wednesday) for our other administrator when necessary. The candidate should be a hardworking, self-motivated individual who can work well as part of a small team as well as on their own in a fast paced, reactive environment.

Ensuring our customers have a fast, friendly and efficient service is very important and previous administration experience is essential, ideally with knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Understanding of an appointment booking system would also be beneficial.
