Victory Boxing

Remember training on a Sunday 9am till 11am.waking you up fresh for the rest of the week with a 2 hour training session.

Training starting This Thursday 8pm - 10pm

Good session today at unity very busy at the club.

We had regulars and also some new people training. Well done to Zoe and Denny.

At Victory Boxing we always welcome people to bring along their kids when training. Today we had 5 kids down as itnis the Easter Holidays and we wouldnt want you to miss a session.
Whilst the adults are working hard the youngsters we playing games on the matted area. It was a great atmosphere today.

Coach Brian put on a great class involving his famous warm up routine along with sparring bag work and boxing circuits.
