Facebook Refresh can be a nightmare to deal with when you've set aside to read or follow up with something you have on your FB page a bit later. The refresh is initiated by a meta refresh HTML tag embedded in the page source code, so you can't stop Facebook from attempting to refresh the page. However, you can stop the page from actually refreshing by denying the refresh request from within your Web browser (such as Chrome, MS Edge etc..).

As high performance Computers have become more common, the need to have them serviced has become greater, simply because they are generally more reliable, but not immune to environmental conditions, such as overheating. This has started to become a more frequent issue. Have your Computer checked if you ever notice it's slowed down a lot, or is occasionally hanging / freezing or restarting -Get in touch if you are concerned.
