Outside The Box

After 11 exciting and eventful years I’ve decided to finish my shift with Outside The Box. I’ve had a great time with this bunch of quality guys. Carl Tom Big John Martin and more recently, Graham.
We’ve been through a lot together wedding gigs and party nights, birthdays, charity nights and studio recording sessions all of which I have enjoyed immensely.
Some great pub gigs especially those at the Harlequin (pre Covid) which will always remain special.
We have all developed musically. I joined originally as a vocalist, but have moved on to more and more guitar parts.
Over the last decade we have all drifted into retirement. Personally I have more recently lost close family and friends and I feel like it’s time to move on.
I wish the boys all the best with any future ventures and hope that they continue in a similar vein for many years to come.
Finally I want to thank the managers and stewards who have given us the opportunity to play at their venues and more importantly thanks to all the fans and friends who have taken the time to come and see us play some real good live music and followed us on Facebook.
My final gig will be at the Centre Spot pub in Sheffield on Saturday July 19th. Hope to see you there. Take care everyone and best regards - Johnny T xx
