Places must be booked in advance. If you wish to attend the WTKA Unified World Championships in Italy, you must attend at least one session.

Squad Training and Selection for the East of England takes place at Urban Combat Ipswich on Sunday 14th June.

🕘 10:30am - 4pm

This is a scheduled day and athletes are welcome to attend as many of the sessions as they wish to qualify for multiple disciplines.

🥋 Traditional Forms/Kata: 10:30am - 11:30am
🥋 Kumite: 11:45am - 12:45pm
🥊 Points Fighting: 1:00pm - 2:00pm
🥊 Light Continuous 2:15pm - 3:15pm
