It’s all in the prep. 🎥🔧
Earlier this week, the team were busy in the warehouse preparing for a conference featuring live medical procedures.
Before any flight cases are packed, we like to thoroughly test every part of the workflow. From cameras and streaming systems through to networking, audio and monitoring, everything is checked and rehearsed to make sure it performs exactly as expected on site.
It’s one of the less visible parts of event production, but taking the time to test, check and prepare helps ensure everything runs smoothly when it matters most.
The team are on the road to London ready to bring it all together - with a little help from Archie during the prep phase, of course! 🐾🚐
