Relationships are part of everyday life, but they are not always as simple as they may seem.
The way we relate to ourselves and others is shaped by many factors — including our beliefs, self-image, expectations, emotions and how our mind is working in the moment.
Our full-day Building Successful Relationships Conference with Professor Steve Peters explores the factors that influence how relationships develop, and how understanding the mind can help us approach them more constructively.
Across the day, Steve will explore:
- The relationship we have with ourselves
- How self-image and beliefs can influence the way we relate to others
- What happens when we first meet someone
- The difference between personal and professional relationships
- Practical ideas to support more fulfilling relationships in everyday life
This conference is for anyone who would like to better understand themselves and others — whether in work, family life, friendships, partnerships or the people they support.
