This is to work for a booming Commercial recruitment company covering white collar roles. They have become very well established in their sector with more than 30 years' experience in placing professionals.

Through rapid growth my client is always looking for strong minded, motivated fast paced recruiters to take over warm desks - any level of candidate will be considered. From Resourcer to Business Developer to 360 Recruiters, a unique development path will be made for you, to guide you in the area you excel the most.

You will have at least 18 months' recruitment experience or in a strong sales B2B environment, with the ability to settle in quickly and hit the ground running. You would be seeking to recruit and place, white collar professionals so you must be confident and take a consultative approach in your work - you must be looking to add value to your team and the clients you service, having a persuasive manner will bode well, along with the ability to hold and sustain long lasting relationships with client and candidates!
