Client of the Month – May 🌟
We’re thrilled to announce that our Client of the Month is Wendy!

This month, Wendy has truly stepped outside of her comfort zone and challenged herself in areas she’s avoided for a long time — and we couldn’t be prouder.

Coaching isn’t about perfection. It’s not about losing 18 stone in two weeks or being excessively restrictive with food.
It’s about progress, showing up, and taking consistent steps toward the life you want to create.

Not every week will be perfect — and that’s okay. What matters is doing your best, embracing the process, and recognising that this is a journey to be enjoyed, not rushed.

Wendy, your determination and commitment have been inspiring. Now that we’re in the gym, I’m so excited to see what more we can achieve together! 💪😝

Keep going, keep pushing — you’re just getting started!

Video 1: Common Mistake — Squatting & Swinging the Kettlebell Too HighCaption / Voiceover:“Watch here as the kettlebell swing looks more like a squat with a high lift. Notice how the knees bend deeply, and the kettlebell is being lifted mostly by the arms. This puts extra stress on the knees and lower back, reducing power and risking injury.”Key Points to Add as On-Screen Text or Voice:• Avoid turning the swing into a squat• Don’t lift the kettlebell with your arms• Knees should bend slightly, not deeplyVideo 2: Correct Technique — Driving Through the Hips with Vertical ShinsCaption / Voiceover:“Here’s the proper kettlebell swing. The power comes from a strong hip hinge and explosive hip drive, with the shins staying mostly vertical. The knees bend just enough to load the hips, while the arms act as hooks guiding the kettlebell. This maximizes power, protects your knees, and engages the glutes and hamstrings.”Key Points to Add as On-Screen Text or Voice:• Hinge at the hips, not the knees• Drive the hips forward explosively• Keep shins vertical and knees slightly bent• Arms stay relaxed, kettlebell swings naturally
