So after our lovely previous tenant has ended the 2.5 year tenancy, we’ve given the place a deep clean, refresh and also repointed the exterior brickwork 🧱 💎🧼🪣🧽 now it’s all ready for the new tenants to make it their own, and we will continue to give them our whole support with anything they need ✅ @cavendish_electrical_services

Utility room with pantry and lots of storage space. The 3rd picture shows the before. As you can see this room was previously the old kitchen but it was very narrow and had little counter space. We thought it would make more sense to turn this into a utility and to move the kitchen into one of the other downstairs rooms. This was also where the back door was located originally. We bricked this up to allow more room for storage units and fitted French doors in the new Kitchen space.
