At Cardinal, our goal is simple:

Make high-quality performance support accessible to every swimming club.

We’re proud to now be the UK’s largest provider of S&C support for aquatics clubs, working with teams across the UK and abroad to deliver affordable, fully integrated gym and dryland programmes that support swim training.

Alongside this, we also support volunteer-led community clubs with swim programming and coach education.

We know many clubs are run by passionate coaches giving up huge amounts of time for their swimmers. Our role is to help support that process — educating coaches, building integrated programmes, and helping clubs create environments where swimmers can thrive.

Seeing grassroots clubs achieve more regional qualifiers, while helping swimmers and coaches enjoy the process, has been one of the best parts of what we do 💪

As we head towards September, we’d love to speak with any clubs or coaches who feel they could benefit from extra support next season.

Malta Easter International Meet 🇲🇹✨

Last week we made our annual trip to Malta, supporting a group of swimmers at their first rested meet of the cycle — and they delivered 🔥

🥇 Zoë Cawsey hit a Top 80 time in Europe in the 50 Breast AND secured a meet record 💥

🌊 Lucia Grant produced strong swims all round, with season’s bests in the 50 Fly and finals in every event 👏

🚀 Clive Marquis had an incredible meet — lifetime PBs, season’s bests, and finals across the board 🙌

Proud of the processes, the mindset, and the performances from everyone involved 💪

Now it’s back to work as Zoë & Clive build towards Maltese Nationals in June… bigger gains to come 📈
