We’ve been quiet on posting while we’ve been on this big job in Leeming.
50 tonne of Yorkshire stone removed, new felt and lath and 5000 concrete tiles installed.
Over 50m of dry valley installed, over 100m secret gutters installed, new lead works to 4 chimneys, cast guttering removed and deep flow plastic installed all with new down pipes.
2 large GRP fibreglass flat roofs installed.
All completed ahead of schedule 5 weeks total!!

Two lead flashings we replaced yesterday.
The old lead had been installed with out a board below it and done in two pieces causing it to sag and spilt. We stripped below both windows installed board to hold the lead, re leaded and re slated it.

Phase 2 of a big one were on.
Roughly 250sqm felt and lathed ready for slating
