I have an existing client looking to expand and take on established grassland / permanent pasture in 2026 for the purposes of mowing and baling under the terms of a Mowing Licence:

- Within 25 miles of Newbury, Berkshire.
- Any size from 3 - 100 acres.
- Mowing licence costs bourne by my client.

One of my clients in the Berkshire area has approximately 16 hecatres of woodland which has previously been unmanaged. Predominantly Ash and other hardwood species. No TPO's or other restrictions. Access from roads and farm tracks.

The client would be open to an agreement with a forestry company to carry out works within the scope of a Management Plan to improve the woodlands.
