Monday marked the beginning of Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW), aimed at raising awareness about mental health. This year's theme focuses on anxiety awareness, reducing stigma associated with the condition, and promoting access to resources and support for those affected by it.

At Coeo, we prioritise the mental health of our employees throughout the year, not just during Mental Health Awareness Week. Recognising the significant amount of time we spend at work, thinking about work, and sometimes worrying about work, we understand the potential negative impact of workplace stress and unhappiness on mental health.
