I was bullied and socially ostracised throughout my childhood. Kids pretended to be my friend just to humiliate me. Nobody wanted me around. That was my experience of school, for years.

Then I started ITF Taekwon-Do, and over time everything changed. Not because of one dramatic moment, but because I finally had a space to grow, belong and become who I was meant to be.
