Another day, another Renault traffic front end removal. All of this and more to get this vans electrical systems charging and fit again. Luckily we love getting stuck in 😂😂

A coolant system pressure test confirmed the customers suspicion of a leak. Closer inspection led us to discover water pump failure. A genuine unit installed with a new belt. Cooling system flushed and bled. Another one down and back on the go 👍

Two of the four diesel injectors on this Peugeot were completely seized in the cylinder head. This meant the chances of removing them intact became slim or next to none. 15 Ton of hydraulic pressure later and some success, although they were stubborn until the very end and came out in pieces.....bores cleaned, faces cutt, followed by the install and programming of new injectors had this boxer bobbing down the road again.

Turbo manifold stud extraction completed for a local Garage in Reading. Unfortunately the constant heat contraction and retraction on such components can cause the corrosion process to speed up and often seize bolts in situ. Patience and a little help from some special drill bits allowed me to not only remove the offending stud step by step millimetre by millimetre but to also salvage and keep the original threads operational.
