Fish Glorious Fish

I have been informed that my delivery is going to be late this morning. It's unlikely I will fully open until 9am.

Worth waiting an hour to know your getting truly fresh fish.

Hi everyone,
Just to let you know I was completely mobbed at the shop today. Selling most of my stock with no time to get more.
At one point, I had my delivery driver waiting for me to prep the last order, ( he was on the road for 9 hours, well done Tony)
Customers in the shop, lobsters cooking in the pot, Salmon smoking in my smoker, to say it was a tough day was an understatement. I am certainly not complaining, quite the opposite, I am so greatfull for your support for the last nearly 9 years.
I will open tomorrow for the collections, and to clear next to nothing in the way of remaining stock.
Its become quite clear to me that I can't handle the success of my shop on my own.
Its been a year since the amazing and much loved Andrea moved on to start her own business.
So I am really pleased to announce that my daughter Niamh will be joining the business in about 5 weeks. Some of you will know her as the Team leader in the farm shop. Firstly I must thank the management at Vicars for supporting her move to my business.
The Customers already in the know regarding Niamhs move, have been incredibly positive.
With her on board and eventually taking over the business. I feel we will be able to manage the shop more effectively.
Me literally not being able to get to the phone to buy more fish is not good practice and Niamh joining the business will help make sure this doesn't keep happening.
Its funny but I have a 5 star Google rating from Customers, and constant praise and feedback from customers and private chefs. Despite this i feel I can do much better. So when Niamh has settled in, get ready things are going to get even better!
