Reflections from our Focusing Minds screening in collaboration with John Sykes Foundation back in February Rising Sun Arts Centre 💭

With the project aiming to encourage participation in creative activities, build supportive networks, as well as change perceptions of mental illness in the community, it was fantastic to learn about the positive takeaways and learnings.

Community support, collaboration, and delivering something meaningful were all key themes at the end of the evening.
