What a beautiful soul this rescue (FMNRR) Dalmatian 🐾💕 boy is!! His hoomans (Foster-Adopt) have really thrown themselves into training.
What I love about FMNRR is that they invest in the foster phase, so that the rescue dog has a greater chance of staying adopted 🙏🏼⭐️🫶!!
He pulled like a freight-train … a strong boy!! We worked on his connection with his new prospective family, counter surfing at the dinner table as he is so tall 🫣😜🤣🤣, loose leash walking and other dogs.
There is still a way to go … but with the commitment 🤩🫶💪of his family who absolutely adore him 💕 he is bound to flourish 😘.

Just love this gorgeous boy 🐾💕⭐️ (10mth Lab - working line) … he is super smart!!! His amazing guardians have been super committed 🙏🏼🤩🥳!
I’ve known him since he was a pup & his guardians noticed the ‘adolescent’ phase (cloth eared 🙄😜🤣🤣)beginning! He has been working on greetings, loose leash walking and his sudden aversion to jumping into the car.
The adolescent phase … is about finding less overwhelming environments to train. Often lowering your expectations…going back to the basics whilst their brain & hormones undergo their biggest change.
Be kind to yourselves ❤️🩹, laugh it off with a glass of wine 🍷😜… or 3!! Use enclosed fields, or non trigger walks, shorten training sessions … consider other types of low arousal training. It’s a phase … it will pass! You’ve got this adolescent dog parents 🫶💪🐾💕xx
