Meet Paul Wilkinson, our new Vice President of Commercial Operations!

We’re delighted to welcome Paul to , bringing a track record of leadership and innovation in the pharmaceutical supply chain and logistics industries.

Paul joins us with decades of experience, having spearheaded operations for some of the largest organisations in the sector, driving transformative growth and operational success. As President and Managing Director for UK and Ireland at Movianto, he oversaw an enterprise with an annual turnover of £200 million, leading a team of over 1,900 across 12 Distribution Centers and four major logistics hubs.

As Vice President of Commercial Operations at Tower, Paul will lead global efforts to enhance efficiency and ensure exceptional service across both Tower and Cold Chain Technologies, meeting the evolving needs of our valued customers worldwide.

We have been acquired by Cold Chain Technologies (CCT), a leading global provider of advanced thermal packaging and digital monitoring solutions for the transportation of temperature-sensitive life sciences products.

Tower will continue to deliver quality products, business innovation, and unparalleled leadership. This acquisition allows our dedicated team to add additional engineering expertise and resources, new locations, global presence, and a more comprehensive array of solutions and services. We are confident this new entity will continue our tradition of excellent service, deep expertise, and innovative products, and we look forward to discussing this in more detail with our customers worldwide.

recently tackled the Pretty Muddy challenge - a 5k obstacle course filled with lots of mud! The team raised an impressive £1,000 for Cancer Research UK. Well done to Luca, Louise, Gemma, Claire, and Keeley!

It was an honour to host the Lord Lieutenant of The Berkshire Lieutenancy at our HQ in Theale this week, who presented Tower with our King's Award for Enterprise that we proudly won last year – adding to our previous Queen’s Award for International Trade in 2022.
