BTS Weekly round up, busy one recovering from 🤮 and then catching up on work / clients.
1 - crazy how much one sentence can stop you in your tracks. I'm so involved in the day to day process of running my business that I rarely allow myself to have any perspective. Feeling very grateful to have the opportunities that are coming my way on a regular basis!
2- Saturday @ Ally Pally
3 - A friend I made in Cafe Nero
4 - Telemetry session and second time working with Chris and Jamie down at Walton. Loved helping them find some speed and bring some direction for their next block of training.
5+6 - first testing with . More details on this to follow!
7 - Filippi + Peach 🤌
8 - Sammy Virji + Chase and Status
9 - Beautiful morning in Marloe
10 - Mid session with this W4-, where we used telemetry to align some angles between sessions and have more of a focus on boat acceleration / deceleration for some free speed. (and more enjoyable rowing!)
11 - rehab moving in the right direction. Crazy to think it's been 6 months since I last did a heavy back squat 😭. But moving pain free and starting to add load in a lot of different positions. Luckily I've been injured so many times this is a very familiar process...
Onto the next, travelling all over this week for coaching, telemetry, lactate testing and talks / seminars. Busy but I wouldn't have it any other way!
