Our chef Marcello is preparing a mouthwatering steak dish Tornados Rossini using only the finest ingredients sourced locally.
A feast for your eyes and tastebuds - an 8oz 35 day aged tender steak fillet served on top of a bed of crispy crouton topped with savoury mushroom pate and served with an earthy mushroom Madeira wine sauce.
