Last week, we held a celebratory breakfast for Maggie Glasspool and Lynne Heath, following their recognition at the COVER Women in Protection and Health Awards. 🥐✨

Maggie was named Claims Woman of the Year, recognising the care, expertise and dedication she brings to supporting members through the claims process.

We also celebrated Lynne’s recognition as a finalist for Customer Support Woman of the Year, a brilliant achievement that follows her win in the same category last year.

As part of the celebrations, colleagues shared their words of appreciation for Maggie and Lynne, recognising the difference they make to members, advisers and the wider team.
