Spending a little more time on exercises that challenge the core through rotation and active anti-rotation.

Couple Core exercises I added to the end of the session today 🔥🔥
These two are an awesome pairing - concentric and eccentric motion in the leg raise followed by an isometric for the second.
With an added benefit on the hold of arms doing opposing motions at the same time - one arm is pulling, one arm is pushing 💪🏻
