The fitness industry trains your back in pieces because pieces are easier to sell.
A machine for each muscle. A weak link dressed up as a workout.
Your back was never built to work that way. It was built to pull you up, to carry uneven load without tipping, to bend under weight and not break. Three regions, three jobs - working as one system.
Series Two covers exactly that. Upper back through the pull-up. Mid back through controlled loaded flexion - the thing you were wrongly told to fear. Lower back through the suitcase carry.
One note on the Jefferson curl in slide three: that’s an advanced movement. The load stays off it until the control is there.
Posting it isn’t carte Blanche to load the f**k out of your spine in positions it isn’t used to (also was a w**k demo tbh 😆) it’s to show you the back is meant to move under load, not be frozen solid for life.
