This is your opportunity to join a retreat day in the studio! There are limited spaces left on first UK retreat day on Saturday 18th November 10-4pm. Not only will you be led through two practices at the beginning and end of the day but you’ll also learn about all the amazing properties of mushrooms (not magic ones!) in a talk by the brilliant husband and wife team behind and you’ll get to join in the first ever drumming workshop in the studio with . will keep us nourished with a delicious two course vegetarian lunch and there’s a goodie bag to take home at the end of the day too! Take a leap of faith into the unknown and experience an extraordinary Saturday!

It’s hard to believe that is doing her first yoga class at the studio this evening!

Myofascial integrated alignment yoga or MIA as we like to call it is a holistic approach to sequencing asanas and movements by working with the properties of fascia while moving along the myofascial meridian lines to create natural balance and restore healthy alignment.

Each class will focus on a different line such as The Spiral Line or the Deep Front Line. Expect a dynamic form of yoga, flowing in and out of postures and not looking to arrive in any one asana so much as to maintain a direction.

Rox at the her best and we can’t wait! Tonight at 7pm is a one off but this may turn into a regular class depending on demand so if you fancy giving it a try sign up on Mindbody and we’ll see you on the mat in the main studio for some MIA! 💕

Somehow these two drinks sum up the studio at the moment. A problem shared is a problem halved. People are experiencing so much pain at the moment mentally and physically and yet you’ll always find a welcome hug or warming brew when you enter and who knows what other delights await!

We have a new reiki healer who’s joined the team. has added collagen, mushroom and CBD shots to the drinks menu. has rolled out his new delicious menu. The boutique has been restocked with local delights and some of our favourite teachers have added new classes. Oh and a new sound journey meditation and gong bath/cacao ceremony have been added to the November/December timetable after being sold out this week and last.
