Hapi

HAPI (Healthy, Aspiring, Prosperous & Inclusive) is a project funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and Cardiff and Vale University Health Board to support residents to improve their health and wellbeing. The HAPI team can offer free 1-2-1 advice and group workshops to help you and your family get healthy together. We can offer workshops in food and nutrition, healthy eating, physical activity and sports, depression busting, stress management, risky behaviours and much more.
