We are now all aware of, and feeling the impact of, the spread of COVID-19. The health, wellbeing and protection of our colleagues, clients and the wider community is of paramount importance. We have built and are implementing a robust contingency plan to ensure that we will continue to maintain the excellent standards we aim to provide. We would like to reassure our clients that we are very well positioned for remote working which ensures that your transactions will continue with as little disruption as possible. There will be small changes that we require to implement in terms of Government guidance, but these will be put in place for as short a period as possible. Currently we have taken guidance on board to reduce close contact, and so will be, where possible, communicating with others through telephone calls, email, letters and Skype/FaceTime rather than face to face meetings.
