The Macmillan Coffee and Gift Shop is on the outskirts of Perth on the A85, postcode PH2 7HX
It has been run with the generous help of volunteers since 1991 and the Gannochy Trust kindly give use of the premises in the Quarrymill Woodland Park. Meet Mary
Mary has volunteered at Quarrymill for over 15 years now and you will find her there with a cheerful smile on Saturdays taking all your orders. She also joined the committee 10 years ago and does numerous jobs behind the scenes.
Her favourite cake with a cuppa is Carrot Cake
She can say hello in 4 languages
She will get up and dance if you play anything Motown
Her most hated household chore is cleaning bathrooms!
The gift shop buyers have been busy topping up the stock of summer tops and pyjamas! Very tempted by some of these so sure they won’t be around for long!!
