Where has the time gone?! It honestly feels like yesterday that Simple Approach Estate Agents first opened its doors, and now here we are celebrating an incredible 10 years in business! 🏡🎈

What an amazing journey it has been! 🧡

It all started back in June 2016, when our very first office opened at Craigie Cross, Perth. From day one, our goal was SIMPLE – to provide honest advice, outstanding customer service and to make Estate Agency SIMPLE. 🏡

As the years have gone by, we’ve continued to grow bigger, stronger and better than we ever imagined… We are now a team of 17! 🚀✨

🔑 October 2016 – We expanded into Lettings, helping even more landlords and tenants across Perth & Dundee. 🏠

📍 June 2019 – We proudly opened our Dundee office! 🎉

💰 2022 – We introduced Simple Approach Mortgages, allowing us to help even more clients on their home-buying journey. 🧡🏡

🏢 September 2024 – Thanks to the continued success of our mortgage team, we proudly opened our very own Simple Approach Mortgages office! 🎉✨

🏢 2025 – Our amazing lettings department continued to grow and moved into their very own dedicated office! 🎊

🤯 And just like that… we now have FOUR offices across Perth and Dundee! 🧡🏡 WOW!!
