You can’t out-train poor nutrition.
Exercise is important, but what happens outside the gym matters too.
Good nutrition isn’t about restriction.
It’s about fuelling your body properly.
The basics work:
🥩 Prioritise protein
🥦 Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables
💧 Stay hydrated
🍚 Include carbohydrates to fuel activity
😴 Support recovery with quality sleep
The people who achieve lasting results aren’t following extreme diets.
They’re building habits they can maintain for years.
Small changes repeated consistently will always beat perfection for a few weeks.
