s you arrange each mosaic tile, you’ll be encouraged to settle into the process and enjoy the tactile experience of embracing your inner creativity to produce your own unique design.
This workshop is perfect for stress relief, creative wellbeing and beginners wanting to try mosaics for the first time. There is no pressure to produce a perfect piece and instead allows for open expression through colour, design and texture in a safe space. All materials will be provided and no experience required.

We have partnered with All Strong Scotland to offer a 6-week strong body, steady mind programme designed to support mental wellbeing through gentle exercise and relaxation techniques.
Participants are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for gentle exercise, though involvement in physical activity is entirely optional. Unlike traditional fitness classes, this programme is focused on the individual—everyone is encouraged to engage at their own pace, doing as much or as little as feels right for them.
