To many times people will say payment will be done on the day and it isnt done
Then im having to chase for payment with either no communication or lack of it
Even if it £20.00 because ive got maintenance on van. Staff cost and waste disposal cost.
You wouldn't leave tesco without paying for your shopping
Most customers will pay when said. But few have spoiled it and I can't be bothered chasing 24/7
