*About Chris*

My journey to becoming an Approved Driving Instructor began in 2012, when I started my training with Claire and Ged Wilmot of Active Driving Solutions. They are both fantastic trainers, with an outstanding reputation in the industry. Claire and Ged not only trained me to a high standard, but were instrumental in offering me the support and guidance to start up a successful franchise

business with Latics Driver Training. I completed my training and qualified as an Approved Driving Instructor in July 2013, passing all three parts of the qualifying process on the first attempt. In March 2015 I was awarded as a Grade A Driving Instructor, the highest grade and in June 2016 I completed a course in Roadcraft Police Advanced Driving Techniques with Chris Gilbert. In June 2017 I successfully passed the IAM (Institute of Advanced Motorists) RoadSmart Advanced Driving Test with a F1RST, the highest grade. I have also passed the ARDS Test (Association of Racing Drivers Schools) which enabled me to obtain an MSA (Motor Sports Association) National 'B' Racing License. I have a passion for driving safely, and appropriately, and passing this knowledge onto the next generation of learner drivers. If you choose to do your lessons with me, I can guarantee you will learn skills that will help you for life.
