Another brilliant session at BNI Renaissance with some great visiting businesses in the room – always good to see new faces and fresh opportunities being created 🤝
A special mention to Matt Hurst from HPA Architecture, who delivered a superb presentation breaking down the complications around Permitted Development Rights when extending your home.
It’s an area that catches so many homeowners out — just because you think something falls under permitted development, doesn’t always mean it does.

✨ This morning at Renaissance BNI was an absolute pleasure – a brilliant mix of laughter and great business being passed around the room.
💡 We had an excellent presentation from Philip Perry at Arc Financial Planning, reminding us that the biggest holiday of our lifetime is one we all need to plan for – retirement.
🎉 There were also plenty of celebrations as members shared significant wins and contracts this week – proof that teamwork really does make the dream work.
