This is my transformation from the summer of 2019 to present time.

My biggest improvement has been my legs overall as this year they was my biggest focus to grow.

In 2019 I began to track what I was consuming daily and this is when I started to appreciate and understand what was going inside my body. I learned a lot about nutrition and why certain foods and supplements are important.

I have always used @myprotein for supplements and protein mixes. In 2019 I was consuming 2500 calories a day as I wanted to maintain a lean physique. In doing so I increased protein intake gradually from 80g to 120g to maximise muscle growth supporting high intensity training.

I was also increasing the weight I was lifting every week even if it was by 2 or 5 KG as this over time is very effective in growing muscle.

In 2020 I increased my calorie intake to 3500 and consumed the same amount of protein. In that year I improved my strength a lot by taking creatine which added more atp to my body and mass to my muscles to keep them at the same level throughout.

In 2021 I started to increase my calories weekly by 200 until I hit 4500 calories. I was progressively overloading my weights every session and by the end of the year I noticed massive improvements.

This year I stared to consume 5000 calories daily with protein at a 160g high. I stopped taking creatine after February and I am now undertaking a cut as I want to lose body fat. So far I am feeling no change in strength or power or endurance.

If I had not done my research early on I probably would have been in a very poorer condition right about now. 29/06/2022
